Add new LIST argument function so that it will only display items of a particular level range much like AREA command i.e. AREA 10 20. Maybe LIST LVL 10 20

Don't show 'staff' on 'who imm' as they aren't immortals. This will mitigate new players being under the impression that staff chars are immortals.

Hallucination: A spell to control which way a mob flee's. An advanced dread. Further crowd control. Spell would make mob believe the direction you want them to head is the only safe way.

new leadership skill:General-leads partys of leaders of smaller groups. Have these smaller groups only chat each other, but leaders see their group and the party of other leaders
