a system to reclaim names that haven't been logged in for 10+ years, swap the name out for something else, with a way for if those people ever come back that they can pick a new name (unlikely in the cases that the characters were mass-banned in duping shenanigans!) Hard to automate given the pfile policies we have tried to maintain

Can we possibly implement a series of emotes, local or targetted to the user, to show when your shield is out of charges or brandish is out? Warnings are already provided if you look at shield output/damage. to do: add similar for brandishes/zaps - chance to notice diminishing
