Kariya The Dark Fire, the ruler of the Temple of Utami first appeared on Avatar back in 1994. He slowly advanced through the ranks and reached herohood in 1995. From there on his true being came out, and he devoted his life to Dyah Yuyun Utami, yet never forgetting about his demonic heritage, and thus he was one of the few evil heroes to roam the realms. He is the son of the demon Belag, who calls him Pengacau, which translates to 'Chaosbringer' yet he fought his father to protect his beloved Utami.
Upon becoming an immortal he quickly altered the world to his own likings, introducing the adventurers to all the wonders of the Empire of Utami. These days he is the head of the quest team (visit the website! http://www.outland.org/quest) is always on the lookout for a good fun project to get involved with, and he makes sure the adventurers never forget the darkness in their hearts and souls.
