The non-Immortal members of the quest team are the Quest Track members. They are part of the Avatar staff and are a dedicated group of players whose sole reason for living is providing you with quests. When it comes to questing, you should follow the rules and suggestions they lay down (within reason). They are not Immortals, however, and thus they cannot act in cases where Immortal intervention or judgment is required.
If you have suggestions for a quest, or perhaps questions about quests, feel free to email the quest team at quest@outland.org. If you feel a member of the quest track is acting improperly, or if you have a problem you need resolved regarding a quest track member, please send an email with the details to kariya@outland.org.
The quest team is not currently looking for new members, and so an application is not currently available. If you're interested in putting an application on file for future evaluation, contact the Quest Team head, Kariya, at kariya@outland.org.
