Well..it's time to end the ruse. April Fooooools!
Many of you said from the start it had to be a joke.
But I hope we were able to make you doubt just a little bit.
We tried our best to create a somewhat believable story,
trying to put in elements that you could actually believe.
The best stories are those based on truth.
So us introducing these new Dragon options seemed like a good
jump-on point. I contacted Snikt asking if I could claim he
had gone too far and that I would take over. He loved the idea.
I just hope we didn't put a real idea in his mind ;)
The only true way to give this impact was by having the transfer
go (slightly) wrong. Crashing seemed silly. So pfile corruption it was.
Another thing that it slightly possibly and could be explained.
Xiphoid created a shadow port, without pfiles and we did the rest.
Only host+ Immortals were in the know and played along.
Even our juniors and angels were kept in the dark. :)

I hope you all had fun going to the basics for a little bit.
I hope you forgive me for taking away your chars and your items.
And I really do hope you forgive me for having to lie like this
all day. At times it was fun and I was cackling behind the screen.
But some of you reached out with real offers of help and advice.
I squirmed in my seat, trying to not reveal the truth while
hoping I won't come across as a jerk.
I do hope that those that offered support will keep doing it
with Snikt "back in charge".
I will take the advice I've been given to heart and try to
get some of your ideas and suggestions rolling.
We have a good set of dedicated Immortals and more than ever
we are on the same page. We can make this game more fun!
In return for our efforts I hope that you all will keep on playing,
or come back to play :)
