How it works:
In the past, when your gear was imped, stomped, detonated, shattered, or destroyed by dragon breath or spell damage, it was gone for good.
Now, it's magically transported to the morgue for safe-keeping.
After a waiting period expires, you can pay a fee to be reunited with your lost items.
