New config option for Morgue

Mimir has coded a new config option: nomorgue.

By default this is OFF. This means that your corpse will go to the morgue if you don't retrieve it in time.

If you turn this option ON, your corpse will rot and its contents will spill on the ground.

You cannot use this config option after death to change how your corpse will behave.
It only affects "new" corpses: those created after this toggle is changed.
