Following some disk space issues on 2 Feb 2013, we have been experiencing the following:

Pfiles being corrupted - you are unable to log in and get this message if you do LAST charname on the affected character.

"There is no valid information for an answer"

Based on previous experience, it is possible that you might also experience the class/race/level or tier being different from what you would expect.

If you have been affected by one or more of these issues, please use one of the following 2 options,

You can submit your request for a broken character fix in two ways.

1) Go to MAIN, REQUESTS + APPEALS, Broken Character Fix and fill in the online form providing the necessary information i.e. which alts are affected.

2) Email your request to request@outland.org explaining exactly what problems you are experiencing on which alt(s).

If you have multiple alts affected, please include them in the same request.

We will then contact you if we need further information or to advise you when the issue has been resolved.

Thank you for your patience while we work on getting this resolved for you as soon as we can. We have had several reports already so it may take us a while to work through them all.
