Update regarding the Mage Guild

Good Adventurers of Midgaardia,

I am pleased to report that some progress has been made on the situation involving the Mage Guild. As you know, the Arch Mage was unfortunately killed a few days ago while experimenting. We are pleased to announce that High Mage Itania from the high tower of Arcana Excelsis has sent us an apprentice to help out with the training of the next generation of adventurers.

Please note that Midgaard was required to assure the safety of this newest guildmaster. As this is not currently possible due to recent events in the city, we have reached a compromise with Itania - the apprentice will take residence near the Psion Mistress in Solace until such time as he has finished his apprenticeship and graduated to Guild Master.
