Non-remort characters level 2-10 who have not logged in over the past 12 months and Non-remort characters level 11-20 who have not logged in over the past 18 months will be purged.

Log in any of the above characters that you don't want to get purged!

I don't have the exact numbers, but based on the change in HELP PLAYERS I would put it a little lower than 25 000.
Given that's over several years of new and old players alike testing out race/class combinations
