No. Level 3: Implement checks for gsn_mute. Use gsn_mute potentially for instances of garotte or other voice damaging spells/skills as a personal affect. This would affect calling for help, alerting guards, and even spell casting abilities.

playing a duer and just seems that cons outweigh pros. How about an interesting bonus like slight psi resistance (duer are usually supposed to have this due to their long history as mindflayer slaves in the past).Just a thought .Keep up the good work guys!

no. I'll let Kariya consider changing practice point to quest point if he desires. I want a small encouragement for leaders to step forward and lead within the code restraints. The code will fight you when you attempt to ignore the fact that you're a mage or a sorcerer and want to lead 40 people. That is the choice you made when choosing that class..whether intentionally or otherwise. You accepted the game's viewpoint of what your class can and cannot do and that includes group limitations right now.

it doesn't make sense that you could miss so consistently with a big sticky web. increase the chance to hit with a web and include the ability for missed webs to hit your friends

Level 3: Revise web spell. There should be a chance of web which immobilizes. There should also be a scale factor affect of ac/dr/hr modifiers on partial web. You should be allowed to recast, but the recast will only replace the current affect if larger. It won't stack. Allowing recasting will allow more opportunities to immobilize with a perfect cast.

The room 2w of here has a problem with the east exit - namely that it the east exit is always open, despite it being a gate from the other side. Mobs wander through and can't wander back, leaving rather a lot of mobs in one room

Instead of the current system, where it shows up as XXX Hero on the groupscreen, why not keep the lowmort system of class, and show the tier by changing the type of brackets around it? IE: ( 49 Cle ) for lowmort, 167 Rog for hero, and {338 Mag } for lord?

gear bug surfaced: inv containns white jumpsuit container, intended to be worn on body; command wear jumpsuit yields "You are not carrying a jump." or "You are not carrying a jumpsuit." ... even though exa jump and exa jumpsuit give contents of container.

maybe you're already wearing it. I don't know...sounds odd.

'imbue armor' or perhaps a better name, adds saving throw to an item. Tests vs AC and Save to determine chance of enchantment, so high ac gear is hard to add saving throw to. -3 for a 'brill', -2 for a normal enchant.

When Foci is dispelled, the placeholder verb doesn't get dispelled when the other spells do, and unless I have to cast dispel magic 30 times to get rid of foci multiple times, shouldn't dispel magic clear it too? The problem for foci being there is that you can't foci that person again until it wears off.

Level 3. Investigate dispel magic spell and see how it removes affects. Check to see if/how the macro affects can be removed. May simply require a change to foci.

Phantasm spell- When you die, you are given 10 ticks of this spell giving you fly, pass door, movehide, and invis, as if ghostly. Config +/- phantasm to turn on or off. Mobs that attack you with spells, the lines are yellow coloured. Mob melee attacks are red coloured. Player attacking mobs are yellow coloured. Going with the "good guys are yellow, bad guys are red" could we not make mobs frying-you-spell attacks red too? or maybe a different colour other than yellow? just for clarity of reading

ok, praps that wasn't a particularly helpful comment. What perhaps I should suggest is that perhaps the damage code should be looked at to ensure that the flattening off of damage isn't so obviously severe, else, what point is there for winning imm frenzies, and creating good gear?

I don't know. what point is there? Obviously the damage code can't be capped as you state for the simple example of hogathons. Explain how that works if there's a cap....and there isn't a "ignore if hog" in the code. This is pure guess but I don't know that there really is a cap hardcoded.
