Information on Gear Loss Requests

Characters who have lost gear due to a system crash are eligible for remibursement, see HELP REIMBURSE in game for more information.

If your gear was not lost due to a system crash, please provide the following information in order to help us consider the gear loss request:

- The character that lost gear
- Circumstances in which the gear was lost
- Timeframe during which the gear was lost

Also, please provide as much detailed information on the lost equipment as possible including:

- item keywords (including possible etches)
- item name (including possible rename)
- item type
- item serial number (if it was insured)

If gear has been transferred between alts then we need to know this in case we need to go back to previous versions of the pfile(s).
